Registered Nurse - Residential Aged Care

Blue Care Kirra and Tallebudgera are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to lead in the delivery of excellent care to our residents.

Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Kirra & Tallebudgera Aged Care Facility 

• Employment Term: Permanent Part Time with 75+ hours a fortnight
• Remuneration: $35.41 - $44.16 per hour+ 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts
• Rural & remote allowance of up to $250 per fortnight in addition to your fortnightly pay ($6,500 over 12 months)
• Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $7,000 over 12 months 
• Additional Benefits: Highly attractive rental assistance and relocation allowance package of up to $5,000 on offer for candidates who need to relocate to the above mentioned locations (via reimbursement of actual costs incurred)

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us? 

• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
• General nursing experience, post-registration
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
