Provide quality clinical care to our residents.
Complete documentation and reporting as per TTHA policies and procedures including resident assessment and care planning.
Always uphold TTHA values of honesty, teamwork, respect, dignity and accountability of your actions.
Lead a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-centered, care to our residents
Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound management and clinical care, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
Provide excellent customer service.
Ensure health and safety laws are adhered to.
Sound knowledge around infection control and manual handling.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:
Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse - Essential
Be passionate to work with the elderly residents
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
Demonstrated clinical and staff leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
Enjoy working in a close team environment
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
Applicants must have a valid police clearance
