Leading the provision of quality care to each Moyola resident while working with, supporting, and leading our Care and Service teams. All in a homely environment where you have time to know each resident and your team.

Skills that will be an advantage to the successful candidate:
- Registered Nurse. (AHPRA registered)
- Understanding of the Charter of Aged Care Rights, Aged Care Quality Standards, Funding, and the obligations and compliance requirements of an Aged Care Provider.
- An active leader who leads and motivates others through actions, communication, and timeliness.
- Skills to mentor others.

Our team of 77 staff members are focused on providing one-on-one care that meets the needs of each resident, regardless of their role or title.
