What’s Involved?

• Conducting individual assessments and reviews of care plans 
• Completing up to date documentation and records which are in line with AN-ACC and the Aged Care Legislation
• Support a clinical care team providing training, guidance, direction and knowledge
• Mentor and support a team of nurses who promote a holistic approach for the care of residents.
• Attend to the Clinical Care requirements for residents based on the application of best practices.

What will you need?

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA Registration
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care with an excellent knowledge of AN-ACC
• Good communication skills with multiple stakeholders including residents, families, friends, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Experience working within a team which promotes supportive and collaborative environment.
• For sponsorship you will need to be able to meet the requirements work as a Registered Nurse in Australia including but not limited to AHPRA Registration and ANMAC
