About this Scrub Scout role:
In this role, you will play a vital part in the operating room, working alongside renowned surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Your expertise as a Scrub Scout will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of surgical procedures, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
• Showcase your expertise as a Scrub Scout and contribute to the success of complex surgical procedures.

Qualifications and Experience required

• AHPRA
• ANMAC (if overseas)
• 3 years current experience as a Scrub Scout in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to the evolving needs of the operating room.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
• Hold a relevant post-basic qualification or substantial experience in specialty or willing to work towards this
• It is desirable that you hold a Postgraduate qualification in specialty nursing but not essential
