In this role, you will work in partnership with the patients in your care to ensure they reach optimum health outcomes and assist and support other team members through the sharing of your expertise, or through the development of your own skills and knowledge.As a Registered Nurse Level 1, you will you will apply your knowledge and experience to provide exceptional patient care to all clients, patients and their families in accordance with practice standards and policies. In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide relevant support, education and information to patients and families to ensure optimum health outcomes.
