St Luke's Care's major specialties include hand surgery, ENT, orthopaedics, plastics, gynaecology, paediatrics, and general surgery. You will be responsible for: Demonstrated commitment to ensuring that clinical practice within the department is in accordance with ACORN standards. Delivering a high standard of patient care. Ability to clinically manage one’s self and others as required. Essential Criteria: Relevant recent experience Demonstrated knowledge of NSQHS standards and quality improvement principles Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage special projects efficiently Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills Advanced written and verbal skills.
