Randstad Aged Care is working with a not for profit aged care provider who is seeking Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join their team in Shepparton.Their mission is to provide the highest quality of care to residents in a compassionate, supportive and caring environment.
Position overview:
Role: Registered Nurse in aged care facility
Type: Full time and part time positions available
Salary: Ranging from $38-$48ph, plus super
About the role:
Provide personally tailored care for each individual in a compassionate and professional manner
Perform an integral role in providing the best care to our residents by ensuring you participate in care planning, assessments and evaluations
Develop enduring relationships and become the key contact between residents, healthcare professionals and their families
Manage and administer medications for residents
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of residents

96-bed aged care facility offering a range of care services, including high care, low care and a memory support unit
Shift availability:
Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available, including weekends
Salary & benefits:

Requirements:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Grade 2 Registered Nurse
Previous experience in aged care is preferred
Ability to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
