About the roleIn this role you will join a team of highly skilled compassionate Registered Nurses in providing excellence in clinical care for our residents. You will work under the leadership of an experienced Clinical Manager to deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to our residents. Providing support and supervision to your team members, you will champion a strong teamwork approach to resident's care. You will liaise with medical practitioners, family and other multi-disciplinary team members ensuring excellence in personalised care. Most importantly, compassion and empathy accompany your clinical talent, alongside building relationships with our residents based on dignity and respect.We offer a multicultural workplace with a family fun model of care to ensure our Residents always feel safe and happy.What you will bring to the role?You will be a Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA Registration
You can be a newly graduated nursing student or new to the Aged Care industry - we welcome all applications, nationalities and experience levels
You will have a strong clinical focus with the ability to provide a high level of holistic support that best suits the individual
You are dedicated to caring for older people to live their best lives
You will work well within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
