Salary: Up to $49 per hour + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging (DOE). An additional In-Charge Shift Allowance of $43 per PM shift.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a not-for-profit aged care facility in beautiful Devonport, Tasmania. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a supportive and fulfilling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a 140-bed facility
- Work predominantly on the PM shift (3pm - 11.15pm) on a rotating roster
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
- Lead and support care staff during shifts
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
