AddressOpportunities have arisen for experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join the bustling 3 theatre complex soon to be 4, where cutting-edge tech meets a range of procedures at a private hospital in Caboolture. Multiple permanent part-time positions are available for both AM and PM shifts.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
- Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of 2 years of postgraduate Scrub Scout experience in an acute hospital;
- Enrolled Nurses with recent scrub/scout experience will be highly valued;
- Recent experience in relevant areas of speciality;
- Positive “can-do” attitude and ability to communicate effectively;
- A postgraduate qualification relevant to the area of speciality is desirable.

REMUNERATION
$40.47 - $52.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

The hospital, located in the Moreton Bay region, is a modern acute facility with 43 beds, 3 fully equipped operating theatres, a 12-chair Day Procedure Unit, and a comfortable day oncology unit. The hospital is equipped with modern technology and sees a wide variety of procedures across Orthopaedics, General, Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics, Maxillofacial, and Ophthalmology.
