THE ROLE:
As a Registered Nurse within this facility, you will be entrusted to provide a high quality of clinical care for the residents. Your duties include and are not limited to:
- Comprehensive client assessment and development of care plans
- Lead clinical governance and manage the quality management framework to ensure care standards are met
- Provide advanced holistic care skills within the framework
- Accurate documentation of care and action for residents
- Manage medication rounds and support the team where needed
MUST HAVE:
- Nursing bachelors degree qualification and APHRA registration
- Experience within residential aged care
- Ability to problem solve care situations
- Mandatory compliance to work in aged care
- Ability to travel to regional QLD locations
