About the Role
We are looking for experienced Registered Medical Nurses for rural or remote QLD for Multi Purpose Health Service (MPHS) facilities. These facilities offer an amalgamation of services including acute hospital care, residential aged care, community health, home & community care and other health related services. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to provide quality healthcare services to the patients within facilities while following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exceptional patient centred care
- Critical thinking & problem solving skills
- Administer medications
- Monitor clinical care plans
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical nurse
- NDIS Screening check preferred
- AHPRA Registration is mandatory
- Relevant certification and qualifications
- Valid flu vaccination & immunisations
- Rural or remote experience
- ED experience preferred
- You are an RN who can work across wards including the emergency department (Triage/ALS competent), Acute Ward and Aged Care.
