About the role
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our fun and supportive Wollongong team. Our organisation is located in Kempsey, the Mid North Coast, Wollongong, and Shoalhaven regions in NSW.
This is a client-focused position responsible for clinical care that results in achieving client goals and other desired outcomes. It is ideal for a candidate who wants to achieve a healthy work life balance.

Responsibilities include
- Provide clinical care to our clients as well as providing clinical expertise to families and employees.
- Undertake client assessments
- Use a systematic multiple approach to clinical decision-making
- Implement and monitor the care of clients and their carers
- Collaborate with the health care team to achieve client outcomes
- Act to enhance the professional development of self to align with professional standards
- Function in accordance with legislation and regulatory requirements
About you
- Understanding of, and a commitment to, person centred and strength-based practices
- Registered nurse with current APHRA registration
- Sound clinical knowledge and experience
- An innovative and dynamic approach to the provision of care
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to establish priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and implement quality processes
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, work health and safety requirements
- Previous clinical experience in aged care or community setting and/or Diabetes and wound management experience would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant will need (or be willing to obtain):
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
