About the role
With support and guidance from an experienced Facility Manager, you will provide a critical interface between care provision and management, particularly around medications, wound management, and planning. RNs play a key role in promoting best practice clinical care to front line staff, and you will mentor the team as required to ensure continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.

About You:
- Current AHPRA nursing registration (Aged Care experience desirable)
- Focus on person-centered care, and a positive can-do attitude
- Supportive of fellow team member development and education
- Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services
- Well developed communication skills
