South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to complement and enhance the current Liverpool Medical Oncology Department.What You'll be Doing
The Clinical Trials Coordinator - Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.Where You'll Be Working

  • Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Trials Coordinator in an environment appropriate to the relevant specialty
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/understanding of the principles and practices of Clinical Trials and research participation
  • Demonstrated and well developed organizational and problem solving skills and demonstrated will developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word and Excel with willingness to learn and use electronic medical information, reporting and data capture systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
