  • Salary: RN1 - $72,651 - $99,129 p.a. (pro rata) / RN2C - $84,870 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata)

About You:

In this role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role.

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse within the Anaesthetics Service.

As a Registered Nurse you will provide Anaesthetic nursing services in health service settings. In this role you will continue to develop your current Anaesthetic skills to a proficient level of professional practice and consolidate knowledge and skills, developing in capability through continuous professional development and experience. As a Registered Nurse you will accept accountability for your own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others.

As a Clinical Nurse you will provide Anaesthetic nursing services in a variety of health service settings which has been consolidated by experience and/or further study, developing from a competent to proficient practitioner. In this role you will accept accountability for your own practice standards, activities delegated to others and the guidance and development of less experienced staff. The Clinical Nurse role continues to be predominantly clinical in nature, however employees are assigned appropriate portfolios.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
