They currently have several opportunities available for experienced Registered Nurses to join their lovely team, providing holistic nursing care to residents, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Within these roles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to Aged Care residents, including:
- Managing resident care planning, assessments and reviews
- Coordinating and mentoring the care team to deliver quality care aligned with individual resident needs
- Delivering comprehensive direct nursing care to residents, whilst monitoring their health and wellbeing
- Accurately recording and reporting on resident needs and progress
- Engaging with residents' families/carers, doctors and allied health supports to ensure delivery of holistic care
- Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- 1+ years' nursing experience, including delivery of nursing care to geriatric patients/clients
- Excellent clinical documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, residents and their families
