Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Goodwin Aged Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality clinical care and support to our residents.
Your core duties will include:
- Deliver Quality Clinical Care and Support: Provide compassionate and expert clinical care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Manage Priorities: Effectively manage your responsibilities, prioritising residents' needs, and providing the support they require.
- Implement Programs for Special Needs: Create and implement specialised programs to cater to the unique needs of some residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team, ensuring that incidents and issues are reported and addressed promptly.
