Form of workShine Nursing Agency require Registered Nurses, who are passionate about patient care and are looking for casual positions who can work a range of morning, afternoon & night shifts at various locations across the Central Coast.
Suitable applicants with clinical experience in Aged Care, Rehabilitation General Medical and Surgical, Operating Theatre, Emergency, Neurosurgical, Cardiology, Orthopedic, backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver evidence based nursing care
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
RN Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Nurses Registration (AHPRA)
- Must have a minimum 1 years experience in Australia
- Recent clinical experience within Australia
- Current Basic Life Support Qualification
- Current National Police check
- Current NSW Working with Children's check
- Up-to-date immunizations including Covid-19 vaccination.
- Capacity to identify and manage risks to ensure safety for all
- Commitment to Holistic Nursing Practice
- Excellent communication, organisational and team work skills
- Excellent time management skills
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of the Australian National Health care standard
- 3+ years current experience in a Hospital/Clinical setting
- Current Basic Life Support Qualification
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to commence & travel at short notice
- Flexibility to work the range of shift times
- An energetic, passionate can do approach
The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian Permanent Resident Visa's (eligible to work in Australia, casual hours, or a Visa which permits employment in Australia or citizens residing in Australia who hold a current Special Category permit and have Permanent Resident status).
