We are currently looking for energetic and passionate Registered Nurses for a variety of shifts and hours to join us at Howard Solomon Residential Care, our 126-bed home in Ferndale.

The role(s)
The current opportunities we have available for suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurses Casual positions for AM/PM/Nights shifts.
At Masonic Care WA we empower our Nurses to lead, guide and support the care team to ensure person-centered care is delivered in partnership with each resident.
In these roles, working within your designated scope of practice, you will:
- Demonstrate skilled application of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
- Demonstrate leadership and mentorship to care staff
- Undertake clinical procedures and processes based on best practice principles and organisational policy and procedure
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and liaise with supervisor/manager after-hours if required
Key requirements
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Experience as a Nurse in Residential Aged Care (desirable)
- High level leadership, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proficient in computer, documentation, and communication skills (including customer service)
- Be a good team player and enjoy a challenge
