Cairns Private Hospital has fantastic opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our growing Theatre team!
We have permanent full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available for:
- Registered Nurses in PACU
- Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses
In this role you will have access to an outstanding working environment, modern facilities, innovative education programs and a supportive management team.
Key Skills and Experience
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Scrub/Scout or PACU
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills
- Post-graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing specialties will be highly regarded, though not essential.
Overall, you are willing to take on the challenge of this role, to learn, extend and grow in your career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Remuneration
A base hourly rate from $40.47 - $52.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
