Position Summary
- Opportunity to increase your current hours within Barwon Health’s AIS PARC/CRF

- Temporary Part Time (40 hours per fortnight until 3/6/2024)
- Day to day provision of nursing care to consumers and families via the Primary Nursing Model
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in timely manner in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures
- Liaise with community teams and external organisations in relation to consumer needs
- Support consumers to identify their recovery journey and collaborate in the development of an individual’s recovery plan
- Ensure practice complies with expectations of Barwon Health policies and procedure and legal frameworks including Mental Health Act, consulting with line/facility manager as required
