As part of the MedHealth group – a purpose-built collection of 22 industry leading health, medical and employment brands – and with more than 80 mental health clinicians, we deliver mental health support to meet the unique needs of individual clients and corporate customers Australia-wide.Our vision is to support people to live their best life by connecting people with the mental health support they need, when they need it.Job DescriptionWe are looking for AHPRA Registered Psychologists or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers or Counsellors who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support to clients in Parramatta NSW.The role is available for both full-time and part-time.Working as part of a dynamic team of mental health professionals, we are seeking clinicians who can build rapport with clients and give them the confidence to overcome their challenges, which range from anxiety and depression to personality disorders and relationship issues.Be your best in a supportive team environment while avoiding the risk of burnout or clinical fatigue. In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. Activities may include:

• Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
• Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals to assist people fully re-engage with the community;
• Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills to work within the framework of systems.

But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:

• Psychologist with Full AHPRA Registration; or
• Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
• Qualified Counsellor - ACA level 3 or higher and/or clinical PACFA membership;
• You have permanent residency in Australia;
• You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
• You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.
