Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, in accordance with professional guidelines and organisation policies
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in resident records
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in aged care nursing
- Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
