We have a strong leadership structure within the Perioperative Area, the support of a Perioperative Educator to assist and mentor new and experienced perioperative nurses and ongoing opportunities for financial and professional support to complete your post graduate certificate in a perioperative specialty.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Nurse
- Minimum 1 years experience working in the perioperative environment as a Nurse
- Flexibility with shifts over a 6 day roster
- Participation in the ONCALL roster
- Excellent communication skills and patient liaison skills
- Unquestionable attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
- Current National Police Clearance
- Demonstrated IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
