Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding luxury nutrient supplement business at the forefront of innovation in the wellness industry. They are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate to ensure compliance with regulatory labelling requirements and support their NPD, FSQ and marketing initiatives.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to either work from home or out of the office. This is a casual assignment, initially expected to go for 3 months.
This opportunity will see you:
- Manage product labelling requirements including ingredient statements, allergen declarations and nutritional information panels, for existing and expanding product ranges.
- Build on your working knowledge of FSANZ, TGA and labelling requirements.
- Work closely with graphic design and marketing teams to ensure product labels are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approval and launch of new products.
- Gain exposure to UK, European and US regulatory requirements and contribute to regulatory strategy
Whilst 90% of the the focus of this position will be on regulatory compliance, from time to time there will also be ad-hoc duties within the quality and technical areas.
To succeed in this position:
- You must present with a strong working knowledge of FSANZ and food labelling, including ingredient lists, product specifications, NIP's, PIF's, COO and PEAL.
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Present with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Food Science) preferred.
- Familiarity with TGA regulations will be highly regarded.
