Your Impact
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant - DVA to join our team as a contractor working with ex-defence personnel. This is an incredibly collaborative and rewarding role and enables you to:

• Assist with the recovery & return to work and life of ex-defence personnel following injury or illness;
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services providing holistic support to facilitate the return to work process;
• Support people to recover and return to employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, DVA personnel, specialists and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

 
              We are seeking contractors to join our team in Darwin!
 
You will be qualified as an:

• Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant membership)

You'll also need:

• Current Police Clearance and Working With Children Check;
• Comcare accreditation (or willingness to obtain via Procare);
• Experience working within the DVA space is highly regarded but not essential;
• Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience is required;
• Set up as a Pty Ltd or sole trader with relevant insurances;
• Sound communication skills both written and verbal;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach!
