We are currently seeking passionate Event Supervisors with at least 2 years of previous experience in the role or similar.

The role
As an Event Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring you are executing and managing our club events to the highest of standards and as per our customer's needs. You will have a hands-on approach and be a team player all the while leading and developing your team o to achieve goals together.
Your role entails…
Maintain excellent customer service standards by leading the team with a hands-on approach.
Responsible for set up, operation and pack down of conferences and events.
Responsible for briefing and leading events staff to ensure a faultless and smooth running of events.
Set up rooms and functions as per requirements and function sheets.
Liaise with the client on the day to ensure a smooth run of their event.
Supervise staff performance to maintain service standards.
Review staff performance by providing positive and constructive feedback as appropriate.
Ensure event and other Club areas are clean, safe and set up to cater for clients.
Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act and WH&S responsibilities.
