About the Position:
As a valued member of our client's team, reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering client-centred management services. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including rehabilitation case management, conducting single service assessments, and worksite assessments.
You will be instrumental in facilitating worker independence during their return to work and will also have the opportunity to provide services to NDIS participants. This position offers a supportive team environment where building and maintaining professional relationships is key to achieving positive outcomes for all parties involved.
On Offer:
- Salary between $70,000 - $90,000 + Super based on experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
