Above market rate salaries are on offer with an uncapped bonus structure for achieving KPIs (billable hours etc..). Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.
- Salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super
- Reimbursement on work-related travel
- Professional development leave (2 days per year)
- Up to $ 1,500 professional development reimbursement
- Uncapped bonus structure if KPIs are achieved
