The Role
- Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients - moderately sized to allow you to focus on quality
- Engage with a variety of customers including Workers' Compensation, DVA, CTP, Life Insurance, non-compensable injuries
- Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
- Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
- Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Work towards reasonable targets
- Client visits, allocated as close to your local area as possible
- Provide training & coaching to other team members (for experienced Consultants) – in line with your skills & areas of interest
The Ideal Candidate
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA
- 1 year+ Rehab or Clinical experience valuable, motivated graduates also welcome to apply
- A team player, you enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills
- Passionate about assisting clients return to work
- Driver’s licence
