About the Position: This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor, possibly stepping into or already in a Team Leader role, to join our client's esteemed organisation. The role offers both part-time and full-time options, providing flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle.
You will be entrusted with managing a modest caseload, leading a small team focused on delivering Same and Different Employer services within Workplace Occupational Rehabilitation. As part of this role, you'll play a crucial part in continuing the company's legacy of collaboration, quality, and unparalleled customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in SIRA Workers Compensation
- Education: Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or related field
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, a genuine passion for occupational health and rehabilitation, strong customer service ethos, "can do" attitude, eagerness for continuous learning
- Licence: Current Driver's licence
- Employment Type: Choose between full-time or part-time roles
- Flexibility: Work arrangements that fit your lifestyle
- Remuneration: $75,000 - $90,000 + Super and Bonus, reflective of your experience
