Within your new role as our New Employer Team Leader for our Canberra Team you will guide and develop a team of Rehabilitation Counsellors/Consultants to achieve positive return to work outcomes across their portfolio's by providing mentoring and support including;
- Regular team meetings to create an open discussion forum
- Regular one-on-one catch-ups with team members discussing day to day topics as well as short term and long term goal setting
- Regular file reviews; collaborating with team members on effective strategies
- Exploring Psych topics with your team to encourage collaboration
- Facilitating regular continuous learning initiatives for your team
- Reviewing productivity and motivating team to reach targets
- Effectively managing any escalations
- Ensuring senior management messages are communicated to your team effectively
- Psychologist; OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA
- Provisional Registration with AHPRA may be considered if the end of your internship is near
- Solid experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
- Either experience in a Team Leader type role, or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with strong desire to step up to a Team Leader
- Car and valid Driver’s license.
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
