Job Description- Coordinate and execute events, particularly on online platforms
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event registration, ticketing, and RSVP tracking.
- Assist with event marketing and promotion, including social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyze event success, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide administrative support for the organization's event-related activities, such as scheduling, budget tracking, and record keeping.
The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using event management software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
