This is a key leadership opportunity which will see you support the Nurse Unit Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of our Rehabilitation Ward on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will see you:
- Support the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources
- Be a positive mentor and provide clinical leadership and support to the team
- Work with and support other managers within the wider hospital community in achieving excellence in patient outcomes
Your Skills and Experience
You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' nursing experience in an acute setting
- Experience within a Rehabilitation Ward essential
- Proven clinical leadership experience
- Post graduate qualifications or working towards will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
