Job description

We are actively seeking a skilled Rehabilitation & Strength Coach Physiotherapist who desires more than just the confines of a clinic room. If you're in search of the best of both worlds—engaging in clinic sessions and also eager to step onto the gym floor, lead coaching sessions, and conduct hands-on rehab—then this role is precisely tailored for you.

This presents a unique and exciting opportunity for those looking for a part-time position, available to work either 3 evenings a week from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm or 3 mornings a week from 8:30 am to 12pm or a combination of these times and who is keen to make a significant difference in people’s lives.

At Adaptive Strength, you'll be part of a high-performance team that's more than just a rehab facility. We're leaders in bridging the gap from rehabilitation to peak performance. This role is not just a job—it's a chance to be part of something bigger, combining your expertise in physiotherapy with a passion for functional training to provide ongoing care that enhances patient health and longevity.

  • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work within our fully equipped personal training studio, featuring two distinct studios for rehab/one-on-one sessions and semi-private personal training, designed to maximize client outcomes through evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with coaches and remedial massage therapists to ensure cohesive return-to-play strategies and injury rehab protocols are effectively implemented.
  • Educational Support for Staff: Assist in the ongoing education of our coaching and massage therapy teams on best practices in care and rehabilitation.
  • Professional Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for referring doctors, insurers, and rehab providers, facilitating a comprehensive support network for our clients.
