About PPS:

We are known as the ‘Gym for Non-Gym People’ where we help ‘Everyday people become Everyday Athletes’.

Physique Performance Specialists was established in 2016 to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry by putting the 'Personal back into Personal-Training'.

This mission has led us to open six locations across Perth, where we change countless lives daily through strength training. We don't believe in ‘quick fixes’, tons of cardio, or restrictive diets.

This is a part-time coaching role (20+ hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate within 6-9 x months

No rent, sales or marketing is required on your part.

Our Coaches are responsible for the following:

• Running Semi-Private & 1-1 Coaching Sessions
• Providing Personal Accountability to Members
• Educating Members on Nutrition & Habit Building
• Performing Consultations & Inductions
• Gym Upkeep & Maintenance 
• AM Shifts Only to Start (5am 11am: Mon - Fri)

You're passionate about Strength-Training, Nutrition & Body Composition.

You want to help people but don't want the pressure of running your business in a regular gym. You also don't want to run large group fitness classes where people are treated like ‘just another number’.

You enjoy working in a team environment and have a growth mindset.

You practise what you preach and see yourself as a leader.

You will ideally have industry experience; however, we hire on ‘attitude over aptitude’ and are open to less experienced candidates based on their values.

We provide a full mentoring & coaches development program. Our mentors run this internally and externally via paid education with the industry leaders.

You can grow within the company, becoming a potential Manager or Mentor or even opening your own PPS Facility.

• Please ensure you live within 20 minutes of Subiaco
• You must own your laptop computer
• Please ensure you are available to work AM & shifts Monday - Friday + Saturday Mornings if required
• And have min Cert IV in Fitness & Australia Working Rights
