The Relationship Manager, reporting to the Head of Client Relationships is responsible for managing our introducers, ensuring a positive and premium service as we build out this new offering.
Key Responsibilities;
- Creating a positive experience and deliver premium service/support to our introducers.
- Deliver training on processes/systems..
- Work with Introducers and other key stakeholders to complete application processing/support and settlement guidance.
- Support to Head Of Client relationships but not limited to, Working on projects, policies, procedures, training.
- Deliver on set KPI’s to deliver budget.

Qualifications & Experience;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous working experience in Financial Services

- Dynamic self-starter and results driven
- Ability and willingness to adapt to different conditions
