We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our Credit Repair Team. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with credit repair needs, building strong relationships, and guiding them towards financial success.
We are seeking for someone to work 38 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 6pm AEST. This is a 100% work from home opportunity with the requirement to come to the office once a month.
Job Responsibilities
- Disputes negative listings on Australian credit reports:
Utilise relevant legislation to challenge inaccuracies and discrepancies.
Liaise with credit reporting bodies and creditors to remove or amend listings. - Review Finacial documents:
Analyse bank statements, contracts, notices, and interaction notes to identify creditors process errors
Document findings accurately in clients' files. - Negotiate and investigate with creditors:
Engage in negotiations with creditors to resolve disputes and rectify inaccuracies.
Investigate discrepancies and errors reported by clients. - Draft correspondence:
Prepare letters and emails based on relevant legislation to dispute listings.
Ensure all correspondence is clear, concise, and legally sound. - Analyse and clarify case issues:
Evaluate the complexity of each case and identify potential solutions.
Provide clear explanations and guidance to clients regarding their credit repair process. - Communicate effectively with clients:
Provide regular updates on their credit repair progress.
Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the process. - Manage client documentation:
Receive and process client documentation efficiently.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is appropriately filed and documented within the system. - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality:
Handle conflicting issues with professionalism and diplomacy.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards when dealing with sensitive client information. - Assist in client file management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or credit repair.
- Strong understanding of credit reporting, credit scoring, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathise with clients and provide compassionate support.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
