As a Planogram Merchandiser, you will use a Planogram diagram that shows how and where specific retail products should be placed to increase uniformity and increase customer purchases. Completing a planogram involves shelf adjustments, placing the products in the correct allocated space by following the provided information for compliance and obtaining sign off by store personnel. Role Responsibilities
- Servicing grocery stores in Ararat
- Ability to read and follow planogram guides
- Implementing new planogram layouts in stores
- Ability to identify and escalate any concerns in store
- Adhere to the Outlets "Relay Standards and Ways of Working"
- Ticketing compliance
- Ensure safe work practices are always adhered to
- Accurate and consistent reporting via the Strikeforce App
What you will need to succeed
- Own a personal smart device for reporting purposes
- Current state drivers' licence & access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle
- Have full Australian working rights & be over the age of 18
- Be physically fit -bending & lifting - carrying stock (max 16 kgs)
- Availability to work shifts minimum of 2 days per week between Monday-Friday, on an ongoing casual basis.
