EL1 - Release Manager

Location: VIC, ACT

Contract duration: 12 months

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Baseline Security clearance.

Our Federal goverment client is looking for a Release Manager to undertake major work programs delivering ICT based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Release Management processes with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Coordinate releases for multiple applications and portfolios, including projects, patches, and upgrades.
• Adjust release content based on business priorities and updates.
• Balance release schedule considering technical dependencies and compliance.
• Lead release management forums and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate production of release documentation and plans.
• Collaborate with delivery partners for system implementation.
• Provide regular release reporting and represent program in change management.
• Ensure adherence to ICT change processes and gate reviews.
• Actively manage Business System Release schedule.
• Review weekly release status reports with stakeholders.
