Relief administrator / Legal Secretary
We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Legal Secretary. Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not necessary for this full time position.
Everingham Solomons is a leading law firm, providing high-quality legal services to northern New South Wales since 1872. The successful candidate will work across multiple areas of law, including: conveyancing, litigation, business law, estates and family law.
The Relief Administrator will move between departments as needed. Candidates suitable for this position will demonstrate:

- A sound knowledge of MS Word & Outlook
- Fast and accurate typing speed

Daily duties for the Relief Administrator may include:
- Typing correspondence, preparing court documents & other legal documents
- Transcription from dictation
- Conducting property searches
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Opening and closing files
- Diary and email management
- Billing
- Coordinating the lodgement of documents
- Creating and editing documents
- Compiling briefs
- General administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, scanning & printing
