Team Global Express (TGE) is on the hunt for a high calibre People Services Co-ordinator to join our team. If you are a customer service ninja with a passion for accuracy and a relentless focus on results, then we want to hear from you.

The People Services Co-ordinator is a critical role on our employee experience chain and the first point of contact for people related queries. This role is responsible for providing quality customer focused services to internal and external customers.

You will develop strong relationships with multiple functions across TGE, including the People team, Workday Administration, Payroll, IT, Managers, and Employees.

Here is a taste of what you will be up to:

  • Providing quality and timely People support to internal and external customers
  • Working collectively in managing daily role rotations effectively
  • Actively supporting the wider Team Global Express community with HRIS compliance
  • Ensuring Team Global Express and legislative processes, standards, and policies are complied with
  • Maintain knowledge of People Services policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the day-to-day activities are provided in accordance with People Services KPI's and SLA's and provide feedback to improve function.
