AddressSt Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School is an independent day and boarding school for over 1450 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. We provide girls with opportunities to pursue personal and academic excellence in a respectful and supportive environment.
We are looking for a warm and welcoming individual, to act as an outstanding role model for our girls.
Our Boarding Housemothers ensure our boarders are safe and supported, assisting them to manage the many demands of living away from home. It includes supervising the girls in both their study and leisure time and helping the girls adhere to set guidelines with regards to daily schedules, school attendance and meals. Our Boarding Housemothers are an integral part of the Boarding House Team and are pivotal in the care of the boarders at St Mary's.
The ability to build rapport and communicate positively and effectively with boarders, families and staff is essential. Previous experience in a boarding house setting or school environment will be well regarded.
This role is a casual term time only position.
