What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac are currently seeking a Senior Administrator for our client based in Lansdale. This is a fulltime on going role with the opportunity to go permanent with the client after six months. Day to day your role will include responsibilities such as:
People, culture and safety administration
Recruitment and onboarding - coordinate approvals, post adverts, book interviews, liaise with candidates, liaise with agency and internal managers for contractors, draft contracts, coordinate new starter paperwork and book induction schedules
Documentation - maintain team documents including forms and checklists in alignment with document control procedure, manage document control register
Employee wellbeing and social activities-organise functions from the idea through to delivery and clean up, share member benefits program
Communication - distribution of company information including safety notifications and meeting minutes
Compliance - monitor compliance requirements and notify of expirations and renewals
System - provide support for employee systems including CultureAmp, e-learning platform, myOSH
Training - coordinate training activities, book training, liaise with employees and training teams
Social media -schedule social media posts and monitor statistics and reporting
General - draft letters, maintain e-filing and archiving, undertake photocopying, scanning and mail outs
Executive team support
The executive team support of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer direct reports.
Produce correspondence and reports both of a general and confidential nature
Screen telephone calls, field inquires and requests and escalate urgent matters
Organise and coordinate meetings including visitor management and associated requirements
Record, collate and distribute meeting minutes and action items
Complete allocation and payment of invoices and expenses
Organise appointments and travel arrangements
What You Will Need
The ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgement and high level of professionalism
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (including formatting, mail merge, formulas, charts)
Solid ability to write, with sound grammar and language skills
Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar position

Completion attained or working towards certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance
