Patient Administrative Services within Metro South Health are looking for a Relief Pool Coordinator to join their team. Patient Administrative Services, which is an element of the wider Corporate Services Division, provides administrative support to most areas of Redland and Wynnum Hospitals, including Wards, Operating Theatre, Outpatients and Emergency Departments, Allied Health, Switchboard and Front Reception.

About the Role
- This position supervises and coordinates an administrative relief team to ensure the provision of a client focused service for staff and patients for Bayside Health Services including Redland Hospital, Wynnum Manly Community Health Centre and Dunwich Hospital.
- This position is responsible for the operational management of Administration staff within the Administrative Relief Pool.
- Manage the provision of skilled administrative staff for Patient Administration Services by implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes, rosters and leave management systems
- Develop and maintain systems to facilitate effective management of relief trends, anticipating demands and planning accordingly
- Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
