Opal is seeking a Regional Relief Chef to step into our kitchens within the region to ensure our kitchens deliver the best possible food experiences every day.
About the role:
- Permanent, Full-time
- Work across the region
- Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program in line with the food program.
- Create hero moments for customers.
- Work within the Opal food safety program.
- Head Chef and Sous Chef Coverage.
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Passion for food
- Flexible working style
- Thrive in changing environments
- Excellent produce selection and rotation skills
- Outstanding budgeting and ordering skills
- Completion of Certificate IV in Commercial Cooking or trade qualification
- Food Safety Supervisory Certification
