Relief Team Leader - Muffins (Chullora)

Tip Top Chullora is seeking 2 x Relief Team Leader to join our Muffins Team! You will be responsible for the smooth running of our Muffin line including set up, general operations, adjusting machinery and equipment where required and cleaning.
Available Shift Patterns:

• Summer roster: Sunday & Monday (12:00am – 7:00am), Tuesday (9:00am – 6:00pm), Wednesday (8:30am – 5:00pm), Thursday (9:00am – 6:00pm) + Winter roster: Same roster with 4 hours overtime with extra volume.

About You:

• Be flexible with roster changes!
• Having a strong safety mindset and ensuring compliance of safe work practices and leading by example.
• Ensure the highest quality of all products manufactured on site.
• Ensure machinery and equipment is operating correctly and safely.
• Work flexibly and interchangeably performing all tasks required on the lines.
• Competently trains others in all tasks on the production line.
• Delivery of the highest levels of customer service and have a continuous improvement focus.
• Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and made to correct specification.
• Maintains accuracy of data input and accuracy of reporting.
• Have a sound knowledge of HACCP principles and applications and an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
• Relieving Team Leaders when required.
