About the role:
This is a newly created role looking after preparation and sale of repossessed vehicles to ensure that the best possible sale price is realised for the company and their customer. In addition, this role is responsible for administration and invoicing.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the sale of repossessed vehicles through our auction house, ensuring that the best possible sale price is achieved.
- Work closely with our Collections team in the release and valuation process.
- Prepare the sale of assets and track vehicle returns
- Monitor and update the return of Operating Leases, ensuring assets are returned, inspected and invoiced in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of all unfair wear and tear payments and all payments received by accounts, as well as the follow up of unpaid invoices.
About you:
- Automotive industry experience
- Excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Highly compliance focused
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
